Caught many, been to the lambertville festival, there have been so many lean years, seems to coming back thank God, I did well and the belvedere area behind Johnny's hot dogs, and up to dingmans ferry, after that I went to trout fishing upstate New York, sad seeing them floating downstream after there spawn.

Spring forward, red and white shad darts, killers, for weak fish.

I don’t get out a lot but I do get out every year mostly the four days of the tournament. Hopefully the river is manageable. Can’t wait to get this fishing season rolling.

Hopefully we get a good run. Last year was awful in that area. Every time I went nobody was catching anything and the old timers that fish every day said it was a terrible year.

Years ago there was a "SHAD HOTLINE". Guy gave conditions of water, where they were hitting and how many shad they hauled at Lewis at Lambertville, etc etc. Wonder if that or any derivative is still around? I remember a guy up in Easton that had a van with a big shad dart sitting on the roof. MY HERO!! Lol
