I know a guy  in his late 70's that still competes in powerlifting competition. He is top ranked for his body weight class 140# I think. He bench presses almost three times his body weight. I used to work out with him in the 1960's at the Belmont Barbell Studio in Paterson.

My father in law probably knows him, he was co-owner of the gym in Rutherford called strong and shapely,probably competed against each other in the senior class my father in law won many many times,my father-in-law lifted since he was 14 under the belleville stadium with Phil Grippaldi, and Bob Giordano.

61 here- still Lifting since age 11. Competed in WBBG Tenage Mr. America in 1978.

Lifting and my 40 years of Boxinf + Martial arts keep me in shape for Turkey Hunting coming up.

Here's a picture of me when I was really into working out. Unfortunately when I got obsessed with deer management and bought a farm, I didn't have for the gym anymore.  All that muscle turned into fat.  So it's good advice to keep up your weight training.
