My uncle had the auto repair shop and his father sold the x-mas trees across the crossroad in the circle, in the middle of 23.  Was in Wayne near the border of Pequannock.  A car didn't turn for the circle and drove into their living room one night after they all had just left.  Few minutes earlier they were all in the LR and there would have been a lot of carnage.  I could have walked over the hill to suntan lk.  Learned to swim there.
