Just wanted to relay my experience with Vortex Optics.

I sent a pair of binoculars into Vortex to deal with an issue of a dust like substance getting into the binos and dulling them a bit. I had them for a number of years. I sent them in on February 12 and was surprised to see they were returned today. What fast service!!! Better yet my old glass was replaced by a brand new pair of 8X42 binoculars. I don't think I ever received a faster turnaround than this. I would have got them yesterday, but I put my old street instead of my new street on the return form. Contacting UPS and making Vortex aware they resolved it all pronto. UPS made an off route delivery to get the package to me.

Totally impressed from a company standing behind their 100% warranty, as well as UPS getting right on the snafu.

Haven't had to deal with their CS yet but I own a few of their products and happy so far.

I am using Vortex Optics Viper HS- Riflescope and the first premium vortex scope comes from the Viper line. It highlights amplification levels somewhere in the range of 6x and 24x, offering amazing flexibility as far as its compelling reaches.

My Son inlaw was having an issue with the lense on a sparc ar and sent it back. They sent him back a new one. No questions.
