Good day for barbecue

A mix of pecan and apple pellets I rubbed it with a blend of spices and brown sugar and spritz it every hr with apple cider. When it hits the stall I remove it and put it in a heated crock pot with 2 cups of apple cider on low till it get to 205 then I remove and use the liquid in the crock cider and juices for my base for my barbecue sauce
