Good season

Killed my #1 buck opening week in September after getting doe at sunrise opening day. Spent the rest of the fall togging. Put 2 out of 3 friends on bucks. 3rd friend could have killed a buck but he passed. Let my #2 buck walk a couple weeks ago.

You had a good season !! Let um walk and you get big boys the next year.!!

The season was great. I was not able to get a buck this year. I shot two doe with the bow. I hunted several days with my daughter and my buddies.. I have learned I might go seasons with out shooting a deer. It still never slows me down..I just love hunting.  I am already excited for September.

Its all about the good times and memories the day created, the deer are just a bonus. Thanks for sharing memories with us!!

I was fortunate enough to take 2 mature bucks with my bow this year in nj,one being a deer I had 3 years history with, had a great season and would have hunted winter bow but had an injury at work (sprinkler fitter dropped a 4’ piece of pipe from almost 40’ on my hand)I am so lucky it was only my hand and look at it as a blessing in disguise.

Had a great season! Was fortunate to kill a few deer, accomplished one of my goals by killing a buck with every weapon I hunt with (rifle, shotgun, muzzy, compound and crossbow) across NY and NJ.

Finished the season off with this nice buck that had me wading across two creeks to get him, absolutely love when there is snow on the ground makes tracking so much easier!

For the guys still hunting good luck!
