Overnight Oats

Each year this same time I start making these for the mornings/lunch. Takes 5 minutes to make.  Packed with protein, is a good source of fiber, minerals and vitamins, and is high in antioxidants. 

You can add whatever you like as there are tons of ingredients that can be used. Banana Almond milk is key....So good!

WHat is overnight about it? Do you fill it with hot water and eat it cold am or breakfast?
