PC Richard's & Sons.....Great Service !!!

Of course not outdoor related, but just wanted to share with others:  

 

Three years ago my wife and I had our kitchen re-done and with that got all new appliances from PC Richards, I got the extended warranty on all four appliances. But in the last three years they had to come out to repair the dishwasher, most of the repairs had to do with the control buttons, as recent as three weeks ago, then I saw a small leak they came out and replaced the rubber housing, then the other day the door wouldn't lock shut. When I called them, they informed me they will give me credit for a new dishwasher of my choice the credit will be equal to my purchase price of the original unit, also includes delivery and installation. So tomorrow heading over with my wife and pick out a new dishwasher. I was surprised they offered this after three years, like the fact they backed up the product they sell .

So my wife and I went to PC Richards & Sons to pick out a new dishwasher with the store credit they gave us for our three year machine that has been repaired one to many times, they gave me a authorization #. So before leaving I search for a machine that we like, it's $800 on sale for $719, my credit is $534. I search the internet for the best price, I find it for $578 from a authorized on-line dealer. So we see the machine in person and like it, the salesman says they will NOT honor the price, I show him the print out, and that PC Richard's policy is they will price match on-line prices from any authorize dealer. The manager comes over, looks over the paperwork & he will honor the price. Then I show them the credit authorization # he says NOPE can't do it. I told him, I wasn't told that I was told that if the machine cost more then my credit I pay the balance if it's less I will get store credit of the balance. He makes a phone call to the main office......After all said and done we get what we went for......I love it when a plan comes together !!!!
