01/05/2021: Site Update Complete

Hey guys and gals, was a little bit of unexpected downtime from the update.  It started earlier than expected due to an unexpected problem during a background process execution that was preparing the upgrade to avoid several hours of downtime.  Then things ran into some other migration issues, which can happen.  Fortunately I think we're back online and good to go.  If anyone sees any issues, please let us know here in this topic!  Thanks for your patience all!
