They are everywhere you find fields and woods. As for trapping that an entire different skill set that will take way more coyotes if you know what you are doing.. Fox are like turkey they are easy to come to the call compared to yotes

Over the years the US has sent many of its fine young men & women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return, is enough to bury those that did not return. COLIN POWELL

more are trapped then hunted. also more are killed while deer hunting.

fox, not the case. fox are easy to hunt.  basic caller, mouse squeks, voles, and rabbit in distress will bring fox into shooting range.

any wma or state land has fox and yotes. and of course the private lands.

I got into predator hunting a few years ago, for me it's a great way to be in the woods during the winter season. I use an electronic caller and hunt early mornings not during the night, that's a whole different ballgame.

Hi I gotta ask you a question:

I can get an all-around sportsman license but I didn't do my firearms training course, however, I do know how to use firearms safely. Can I legally firearm hunt if I get the all-around license, despite not taking the gun training course/test?

You need firearm license and to get one you have to go through course and pass the test. Do you have hunting license?
The same goes for trapping

Yea I have a hunting license for bowhunting. It gives me the option to get an all around sportsman on the aspirafocus website. I didn't get a firearm license yet.

Then you are not trapping or gun hunting to at least next season, until you go through the course and pass the test

No you can't. The system won't (or at least should not) let you purchase without a hunting education course on record for you. Need to take the course first before any agent or the online system will sell you a license.

Then you can bow hunt for predators. Just get a climber or tree stand. Gonna be hard to bow hunt them from the ground, but I bet trying it elevated would be (slightly) easier.

I'm surprised the system offered an all-around without having firearm hunting education on file - either that is a bug in the system OR when you press the "submit" button it will give you an error saying you can't buy it without the firearm hunter's ed course on file for your.

Ot offers all around but it only gets you what you are entitled to. In his case bow license and fishing license

are you talking shotgun or rifle? rifle requires a rifle permit(not included in your all around license) and a safety course

to say you know how to safely use a firearm means nothing. you need all the proper licenses and or permits to hunt and hunt within the season limits and bag limits.
