Road kill dumpers for town aren't removing back straps

Especially they way these deer were. The heads were attached to does/fawns with hide cut back from entire body and just back straps cut out. The one buck did not have the hide cut at all, just the head cut off. The other buck next to it was missing head but back straps cut. Yet left both hind quarters totally intact. I think it was a couple douch bags shooting deer for fun and decided to take a little prime meat and of course antlers to brag about. Losers.

I wouldn't doubt it as that whole area has turned into an out of state offroad park. All I see driving around are NY and PA plates

They're going for the triple whammy.  Illegal to dump, wonton waste, and illegal baiting of predators.

Wonton waste, sure but dumping unused deer parts isn’t illegal. Nor is the baiting of predators. Read the digest.

Actually you can no longer dispose of carcasses in the woods unless private property with consent of owner

So you can put out carcasses or meat or whatever and hunt over it for coyotes and foxes?
