I want to go Saturday, but zero melting in Montague, with a extremely long, up hill hike i will never make it...

I’m thinking about an afternoon sit myself. Deer will be moving big time since storm was worst during their main nighttime movement hours.

Friend of mine lives about 3 miles from where I hunt he said about 8"

we had about 7-8" when I went to bed, rain all night so only about 2" of frozen crust left. Going to get out this afternoon they should need to feed.

Been watching deer for hours, seeing lots of deer, weird rack buck & 6 pointer , Spike and a bunch of does, REVEAL is working great, temperature is about 72 and recliner nice and comfortable in my room. I might move my position to the deep woods sometime in April

Getting ready to head out to do a couple of drives.  Depending On how that goes might end up in the blind for a few hours before dark.  We got the perfect amount of snow in my area but the freezing rain did not help.  Everything  within a 1/4 mile will here you coming.

Got out in 15 this morning. Nothing by me but i did hear one shot.

Going to 17 for the rest of the day.

Out in 17 . Took my time walking back to my stand , it’s pretty noisy. Tons of sign , tons of coyote tracks .

Dennis, that weird rack buck would look great on the wall.  Totally cool looking.
