I cut it up into butterfly cuts, marinate it over night then cook on the barbecue grill until pink. Eat with baked potatoes and cold BEER.

HONOR THE FALLEN

Over the years the US has sent many of its fine young men & women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return, is enough to bury those that did not return. COLIN POWELL

My favorite way is to marinade it in the following

-1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

-1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

-1/4 cup A-1

- a little EVO

- a spoon full of minced garlic

- 2 tablespoons of Montreal steak seasoning

Marinade it for 4 hours - 2 days then grill it or smoke it, pull it off when it’s medium rare

Venison stew is my favorite way. Easiest and its just so delicious. I use other cuts for this though. Backstrap i feel is best grilled or roasted.

I can agree it is a better meat to grill or roast, but it is really surprisingly good out of the crock pot.
