I had 6 doe and a spike under my stand for the last 30 minutes. Was tempted to shoot a doe just to get the nj skunk off me this year, but I let them walk.

Just shot a buck. Not big but a buck. Think he's hit good. Should be easy to track in this snow.

My view at the moment in zone 5.

Hunting top of mountain in Walpack, Got in my stand at 11am , so far 5 Does and 3 fawns , 8 total . Over 1 inch of snow!  I saw the first 4 deer coming thru thick brush and mountain laurel 80 yards away , too bad it can’t snow every day ! Only shots I hear I think are guys putting holes in paper targets down by the Flatbrook yonder , Rekin.

Been out since 1:30PM in zone 7. 
 

Just heard a shot go off.

Can't get out today. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get to the cut corn field with lots of scatter and hope to catch one going to bed. They have to eat and in looking around there is not a whole lot in the woods.

Didn't hit him as good as I thought. Not a single drop of blood. Just hair. Tracked him for about 100 yards. Then his tracks got mixed in with others. I followed 3 different sets of tracks. No luck. It's been one of those seasons. I'll be back at it tomorrow.

Heard shots all around me towards the end of the day, I'll get one next time.

Saw 34 does. Could of shot them all. But, was holding out for a buck. Will try again on Friday.
