It's not venison. Pork Loins were on sale last week for 99 cents a pound.

Great for breakfast after a cold morning hunt.

Peameal Bacon is a little different. It calls for the outside of the meat to be rolled in cornmeal. That's why I put the words "Canadian Bacon" in quotes. A real Canadian might turn it's nose up on it.  LOL

I wouldn't but I guess I've been 'Americanized' besides if you grill it and have it with a nice cold brewski all is good!

Looks good, but Canadian bacon is the tender loins I believe.  More like ham.
