Mercrusier Help???

I have a Mercrusier 470 with a MC1 out drive, she's old lol.

One trim piston has a small crack and leaks fluid, I can not find a perfect fit.

The Alpha one gen 1 came out in 83, does anyone have any info if the Gen 1 will hook up to the MC1? 

I know the outboard and inboard match up and work together.

I also know the Gen 1 has the pistons mounted in same place, the Gen 2 moved them further in.

So with all my rambling 🤣 does anyone have any idea if Gen 1 and MC1 are compatible for the trim pistons?

Found a guy in Wisconsin of all places, went over pictures and figured what I had and needed.

Parts here by Saturday.
