In the past, I would have not believed that picture - I would have said it was a fake tattoo or some clever Photoshopping. But after realizing there are people in this world willing to tattoo their face and cut off their ears so their head looks like a skull, all bets are off and I'll believe anything. Mental illness is real, and it is all around us.
