Venison Stir-Fry on the Grill

I picked a couple of peppers from my patio garden and decided to make a Stir-fry in a Cast Iron skillet on the grill..

I marinated the Venison with molasses, soy sauce and red pepper flakes, Really simple but Delicious!!!...  I cut up a couple of heirloom peppers and jalapeno from my garden, with a red onion seasoned with EVOO & SPG. Served over rice.
