Problems again

Without a WiFi I can not get this site, I get the message you can see below. It is only this site. I cleared the history but it’s not working. What can I do?

Restart your phone so it picks up mobile tower again ,.

its trying to find WiFi instead of going to mobile network

maybe safari is the issue? never had a problem with site in 5 years. i also never had safari

Restart the phone as step 1.  Let us know if that works.

Safari on my phone never works........I have an I phone 4.......my wife keeps yelling at me to get a new phone, yet this phone wont die.......my wife and daughters have gone through 3 phones to my one......

If safari does not work the phone died already

make sure your wifi is turned off on phone, then "reset network settings"... Also delete all your browsing history / porn first... If that doesn't fix the issue, I would be perplexed
