You are welcome to bring a steak to my house and give it a shot. I may even fix you a drink:happywave:

A Mickey Finn, no doubt. Oh no that's for Deadshot.

Fired up the Rec-Tec at 400 am put on a pork butt and went back to sleep. That's what I love about a pellet grill set it and you can walk away it's set at 225 and hasn't moved more than 3 degrees for the 4 hours. I dont even have to go out to check temps as I can control everything on my phone.5839330c50650ca6ae53bd5d167c8754.jpgdb872eba926d883e04cf62e456609ccf.jpgddbfe9811730192313c234a9ae40d737.jpg

set and forget it is nice to have. i may buy one to try out. if i dont like it ill sell it.

but the part where you set and forget it, dont you have to watch it in case it runs out of pellets? how often do you need to put more pellets in?

Not really I fill the bin at 3 am and at 220 runs to 3pm

if you run higher temp you wake up, add and go about your business

Looks good. How do you like that smoke box?

I loaded mine up with salmon and sausage at about noon on low (180), when they come off, spatchcock chicken goes on at 375.
