In Zone 3 with the lowest deer density in the state.

Take it easy gents,  he's a long time member just sharing a listing of his that certainly has some hunter appeal.  Might be a fit for a fellow member here if it's their area of interest and within their price range.

South of my WV club is coal miner country....low density due to locals poaching for food....but biggest bucks I've ever seen!!
