Just will mean bigger class sizes for teachers.  Eliminate a teacher and distribute their 25 students to the remaining teachers and class sizes jump to 30!!!  Saves a teacher salary in the budget.

we have a shortage of people that want to actually work !!!!  so much waste in these school systems its insane !!!!
