I haven't looked at the YouTube comments yet - but if this is like 100% of the other meat processing videos, how many comments did people leave that said things like, "Look at all the meat he wasted", "Don't listen to this guy, he wasted so much meat", "What a waste!"

I just cut down thru the spine and into 1" chunks.  Bake or fry and flake the meat off the bones.

It tasted better when cooked with bone in. More fun to eat as well

If you fillet a pickerel correctly, you should end up with (5) BONELESS fillets.  Very easy and delicious!
