For the last 3 days I can not connect to internet unless I have Wify connection.
I checked,  and cellular data is on, the safari is on for cellular data.
I see signal but nothing will load.  It starts to load and then it stops. I also get a message " the server stopped responding"
What's going on?

I don't have a iPhone but sometimes something similar happens to my phone, I turn it off then back on, like it resets or something

Go to settings. Go to Safari. Clear History and Data. Then try to get on the internet again.

Still having issues and I am ready to toss this thing in the lake

So after I cleared the history and website data the phone worked last night. This morning as soon as I lost wifi nothing requiring wireless worked. No page would load and no app in need of internet connection is working. Again I cleared the history, made sure my Cellular Data is on and I just can't get this thing to work. Something in my set up , but what?

Ok @Lunatic first go into settings / general / reset / and try "reset networks settings"...

If that doesn't work then you have to the one that says "reset all"...

I can almost guarantee you the "reset all" will fix it - but you will have to redo your wifi passwords,  it will restore your factory color schemes, screen brightness, etc.. You won't lose pics or music, you won't lose internet favorites but it does reset everything...

If you don't want to mess around just go right to "reset all"...

Do not do the one that says "erase all content and settings".    That will erase your pics, web favorites, etc.

Have you cleared the pages in your background ? If not press down on your screen on either the left or right side of your phone and swipe it up to the opposite corner then you will see all the pages just swipe them up one at a time to get rid of them. Also shutting off your phone for 5- 10 minutes would be my next move no need to reset your whole phone. You can google a video showing you how to swipe those background pages if needed.

Good Luck.

So here is a summary, maybe this will help someone in the future.

Clearing of history, resete Network setting and then Reset all settings allowed me to connect without  WIFI but it was very slow. How slow? It was so slow all apps using internet connections would not work unless within  wifi range. So this morning I went to AT&T store and I purchased a new sim card for $5. At first it did not do anything but once I cleared history the phone went back to what it used to be before this problem arrived. I hope this is ity
Thanks for your help
