Meat shortage...

Too late now but you can adjust next season. Venison is my main protein so There si a minimum of 3 deer in my freezer at the end of the season. This year I also have 1/3 big, little over 200lb of meat, So I don't care what's is or its not in the store.

The problem is that the major suppliers have shut down operations due to their employees getting sick. It wasn't a matter of IF, it was a matter of WHEN it would happen, as the very nature of these suppliers is a work environment with a lot of hands working close to each other. Its a very good thing that the shortage is due to lack of workforce rather than a lack of supply to process
