Always wanted to try this. Smoked fresh trout for the first time today after letting them sit in a brine mixture overnight. 

Put them in the smoker with apple wood for @2 hours, took them out after internal temps reached 145°. 

Mixed the trout and ingredients in the Ninja and formed the cakes with a burger/patty press. 

Cooked them in olive oil and have to say they came out awesome. Will definitely make these again...
