Chain saw help

Bought one of the new fangeled  Stihl  chainsaws .

Seems to run good.  Sounds strong .but doesn't cut for shit.

Was told I need to use some kind of new sharpener for this new type of bar .

 

Anyone here use on of these . And where do I buy the new sharpening attachment.

Guy who sold me it said it was AWESOME for keeping wood chips from flying back at me.

Said would blow the chips right across the yard effortlessly.

well the Dam thing doesn't even make a chip, 

MAYBE the rakers are too high ???

This one is AIR COOLED doesn't use bar oil .  Just 2 cycle gas.
