LOL you probably wouldn't be alone it was leased and hunted by gun club for bird hunting and some deer hunting, at one time was about 10000 acres and held some real nice bucks for south jersey....

You...anyone who hunts,  would be a lot better off with 200 acres in Iowa, WI, SD, NE,PA, KS etc.. than with this property.

Ive been looking at properties out west to build a small lodge on. who in their right mind would pay 15 mil in NJ ,not on the beach or bay, is out of their minds...

Agreed, I just don't like NJ that much to ever pay that amount, even if I had the money.
