I had to look up "head cheese" because I didn't believe it was "a thing". Well, it really is "a thing"🤮 and if the garbage guys won't collect a thrown out deer carcass, it wouldn't surprise me if they won't collect a pig's head, so I'm in agreement with @NotJust22s 😁
