Fluke Opener (pics added)

Had a good day on the opener.  Was fishing the bays in and around Long Port, Somers Point and Ocean City this past weekend.  Friday we headed out for the opener and had some luck.  Was a slow day until the tide changed.  Managed 4 keepers and only about 5 throw backs.  Also, got checked by a Game Warden, not shocking since it was Memorial Day Weekend!  Fluke were caught on various colors of bucktails/custom rigs and baits.  Most popular was Uncle Josh's Meat (7" belly) but they were hitting Killies, GULP! shrimp, and fresh Herring.  Squid was not on the menu this weekend for the fluke.
