just wondering if there is yearly campsites for rent. for example you pay for a site and its yours, you can visit as much or as little as you want. but when you want to go, its there.

not looking for bells and whistles. just an open area thats wooded with a fire pit, river or creek would be nice.

im not talking about camper or RV sites, im talking about a tent or cabin with no utilities.

State parks allow extended stays but not seasonal and they are closed. Are you talking about a seasonal tent site at a private campground ?

You would have to call or check the websites of the campground. In know most do seasonal rentals. Most of the state parks are open in the winter but there is a limit on the amount of days in a row you can stay. I pull a camper so I have stayed at a bunch of places and almost all of them offer seasonals
