So this afternoon I was preparing for our memorial day bbq I was walking down the stairs of my deck when my ankle gave out and twisted. I heard it crack, went to the hospital ready for the worst, but it wasn't broken but most likely torn ligaments I have to follow-up with a orthopaedic surgeon this week. Funny thing is I didn't have one drink before this maybe I should of.

Now it's all black and blue.......went to work today, just tied my left boot very tight, wasn't as bad as I thought, until I got home and took the boot off, within a few minutes I felt the pain.
