Yea i always use the round file.....or just send them out.......

Are the teeth on their chains different?  

Most chains can't be sharpened from the top like that.

Interesting,  how do they compare when it comes to sharpness and holding an edge?

Good question but this system of sharpening is amazing.
We have a chain sharpener at work but it requires taking the chain off putting it on the sharpener and then one link at the time.

looks like its ok for quick touch-up but it is not hitting the rakers (depth).   The Stihl system is about $39 on amazon, and does as good or better than factory sharp in about 10 minutes on my 18" MS-360.    It does rakers and teeth in unison.    The most important thing is using the right size file.  It has to be exact for the chain size you are using
