Cold temps tonight. I covered all plants with buckets to keep cold air off.

Well my strawberry patch that looked so great last week, was really hit by the cold, wet weather. I lost probably close to 90 percent of my crop to blossom rot. Spent 2 hours this morning dead-heading the patch in hopes some late blossom will set, and the berrys that did set will be bigger. Shame because they look fantastic 10 days ago.

Peas been in for a few weeks and already harvested some radishes.  Planted the rest of my seedlings today.

Cool way to do them. Have you done it before?

Not with strawberries.  Have grown hydroponic, but keeping up with the nutrients can be a pain.  Aquaponics once set up is much less work. Provides great biological filtration for the pond also.

Looking good. That's some high-class gardening there.

I’m a fancy man lol. I’m definitely a farming novice but building the beds , etc has given me a project during this pandemic. I’m recently retired so I have time on my hands and nowhere to go.
