Getting some more jigs of a new style made for April. 

Looking forward to all the spring fishing .

Few fishing shows to take up a few weekends and we will be back in the water .

I can see you are itching to get back on the water. 
do you do winter flounder? Years back I used to have a flotilla of boats behind my house fishing for them. No more. They are not there anymore or not too  many people come out this early anymore

Flounder fishing was always the spring kick off .

would fish for them before the striped bass kicked off .

that fishery was destroyed as most  are by fishing for spawning fish when they are packed into a small area spawning .

went from an unlimited bag limit, to 10 fish , to 2 fish 

loved fishing for them with light tackle .

dont fish for them at all anymore , the expense isn’t worth the return,

costs a ton of money for chum and sand worms to only be able to keep 2 fish .

 

most guys that target them a little do so during sea bass fishing on wrecks as they are leaving the bay
