striper/fluke regs

The 15-25 lbs stripers is the breeding biomass.  I want what they did in the late 80s early 90s... 1 fish over 36"

35” to 38” is that magic spot for prime breeding  fish .

thats why releasing anything over 35” to  have the possibility would have been the better option ..

That's pretty specific on size vs best breeders.  Where did you see that info?  And why aren't the states biologists following it?
