In zone 9. Fog has visibility to less than 50 yards. Heard 2 shots so far

Good luck!  Have a little snow on the ground here.  Glad I wasn't going on top of the mountain this morning in the fog.  Can't even see the road when driving over the mountain when the fog is this thick.  Would still be walking in circles up there wondering where I was.

I sat this morning with the .22 ..had a hawk come check out the caller and then a flock of turkeys..no dogs but did have fox $h!t on the trail walking out that wasn't there when I walked in so I didn't seem them or they winded me ..o well give it  go next weekend again.

my zone is officially closed, last day was yesterday....now the deer can relax...till late September

Fog didn't lift til almost 9am. Saw 1 fox no deer. Maybe next week

Sitting in a  different spot in zone 8 the new hunters i hunt   withlooking for  more meat. To nice to sit home .wish i brought my callee would try for a dog lots of sign maybe next weekend
