Shad on the Delaware 2014

We had a great day under the Lambertville/NewHope bridge this past Saturday. Great weather. Non stop hook ups. Looks like big comeback for 2014.

Do you fish for them often?

I've never been out for shad, but hear they are a blast and often see the boats here in NJ and PA fishing for them this time of year.

What's the method to catch them? Shad darts and jigging?
