8" rosewood handle carbon blade

2333-9

9" rosewood handle carbon blade.

Those are best 2 fluke knives.

Most bubba blades are better suited for larger fish like stripers and tuna where the blade  doesn't need to be as flexible

Look at Cutco.  The one I have had a 6" blade that can be extended to 12".  The scabbard has a small v shaped notch that exposes a sharp section of blade for line cutting. The scabbard also converts to a pliers that can be used to clamp the fishes jaw while filleting. There is also an attached hook sharpening stone.

I have also seen it for significantly less money on eBay. I linked this one because it has more pics

Last 5 years been using Knives of Alaska Coho 9 inch fillet knife. It’s a awesome knife with great warranty and customer service. Haven’t had to sharpen it yet for many fluke and cutting up meat. Has a nice handle with rubber grip, I’m also sure to wipe blade dry before putting back into the sheath and there’s no rust.

Goes from 6 to 9 inches .

They are a good knife. I have 2 of them .

For constant filleting fluke IMO the thinner Dexter work better .

I like the cutco for Bass

I use electric, you guys will laugh they work good for me

Electric are great for skinning thicker skinned fish .

I used a jump pack that had a 110 adapter on it.

Was super quick when doing coolers of sea bass and Black fish.

I never used it on fluke
