Getting Jiggy with it

Last trip out my buddy's were tough on the jigs.

Decided to not lose the day to ice and hammered out some more black fish jigs.

At first glance I thought these were ice fishing jigs.  Nice.

Yes . I altered the banana jig mold to accept a smaller hook.

cut off the collar with lead sheers, to expose the hook more.

then hammer them on the anvil to make the bottom flat.

makes the jig oblong on top .

makes them always roll t sit upright
