Good luck..good idea to also carry a compass & firestarter just in case..can b very easy to get turned around when you are tracking

I have a compass and three ways to start a fire. We all have handheld GPSes that can share location with each other.

Up here I go into the woods thinking I’m not going to come out.

This hunt is boring!

It’s after dinner now and we’ve got some local folks we know here discussing intel and strategy for tomorrow. Maps are out. Deer signs and tracks are being discussed. Lou is learning the lay of the land. When we get to our spots, we’ll know how we are deploying and where everyone will be hunting.

I'm gonna guess that the one with all the computer stuff behind it is Tims.

What are you guys using for rifles?

Winner!

I am using a Remington 700 XCR II In .30-06.

Lou has the Savage bolt in .223.

The deer have no chance. They just have to show up...
