I hate to sound like a wet noodle but the idea of sharp knives and alcohol just doesn't make sense to me.  But then again, I don't drink at all.

I mostly tend to agree David, but I've probably cut a couple thousand deer in my life, I can do this in my sleep. But I will add a disclaimer, "This stunt is being performed by a trained professional, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS AT HOME".

I hear you about doing it in your sleep but that's usually when something goes wrong  with or without  a beer
