I am going with Cooper's Hawk, although easily confused with a sharp-shinned.   Just think the Cooper's have more of the slate-blue/gray coloring.

Clearly it's a Harris's Hawk.  The best looking, smartest and best hunting of all the hawks..

Oh geez  Embarrasing.    Yeah I get it now.   That is the fastest. And matches the pic but the Cooper's is close on coloration from the top.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. I photographed about 300 species of birds and about 1/2 I had no clue what they were. So I would come home, look at the picture and dig through my books to I’d the bird. No normal person needs to know all this or have thousands of bird photographs
