1/2 Wolf spider - 1/2 Brown Recluse. Pick your poison. Both highly venomous.  The recluse is in the top 2 or three in the world and Wolf is like #10.  Recluse bite will wreck you’re life major flesh loss and possible death.   I handle the wolf spiders and let them go  - not with bare hands of course but a recluse like the one I had living over my bed in St Barth’s I cannot possibly kill that f#cker enough times to feel safe.

Fishing spider,  they get big.  We have them all over our docks.

I had a wolf spider that big in my log pile 2 years ago.  It actually ran up by brother's arm when he went to flip a log.  It was every bit of 6" in diameter, possibly 7".  Biggest wolfie I've ever seen

I can see that - legs a bit longer on the grass spider than the wolf and does have grass spider markings... Doesn't quite have same body and markings as the recluse.    Less toxic for sure.
