Not So Long a Wait!!

An update on my season.  Last week I shared with you my 1st bow kill.  Thanks again for the nice comments. 

Well after waiting 7 years that resulted in more enjoyment than I can measure for my 1st.  I had to wait a whole 7 days for my 2nd.  A lot of you did say the 2nd would be easier!  I didn’t suspect it would happen that quickly! 

It happened just after 9AM on opening day of Permit Bow.  This nice little 6 walked right through my set.  He didn’t make it far!  A shout out to the folks at Signal 11, he appeared to be headed toward a wick soaked with Tramp Stamp.

It feels pretty good to be tagged out, at least until my New York trip in November!

Can't help the smile!  I gotta tell ya, I have been skydiving (which was awesome), but, killing a deer with a bow is better!!
