What am I doing wrong? Online License

So I went to buy my license a few minutes ago and get to the screen that shows the zone doe permit and the buck permit.  There is nothing I am seeing on the screen to let me move forward and pay for it.  I then went to the FAQ and found  a number to call for help so I do and i get a message that the number is incorrect. I double check what I dialed and it's the number on the website.

Is the site down or am I missing something?

Once you add the permits to your cart, on the top right of the page is a pic of a shopping cart. Click on that, and it brings you to the page where you pay.

I have an that is where it shows my cart but doesn't give me the option for paying.

What a shitty experience.  I was able to purchase it by going from my normal Google Chrome browser to IE than the site froze when I tried to print it out. I then had to log in to Chrome again and print it there.  Took over 1/2 an hour from the time I started my original attempt!

Did you put your credit card number in to pay? If you did, double check your credit card statement. I got the same message and got double billed for my Duck Stamp and Hip #. For some reason the state accepted payment, but I couldn’t finalize transaction due to error message. This happened back In August. I had to use a different search engine with my son in law’s I-phone to get my stamps. I hope my explanation is clear or makes sense.

I rhink they do this stuff just to piss people off at times. Should you really run into all of the problems? It should be flawless at this point.

State is fucked up. If this was a business you would do the upgrade off season and test it to death before letting your customers use it.

I don't understand why they didn't do it the same time they offered fishing licences online? It makes no sense but then again this is a state run by an idiot!

I got ya, that's for the heads up. I tried three different cards. They best not have charged me, that would be a big bill.

This is not the State. It's a nationwide 3rd Party Private Contractor that is running it. Just like the DMV. People curse State Employees at the DMV when it's been run by a Private Company for at least 20 years.

I had the same problem,    2 times I had system error , 3rd time the payment went thru  ..     Checked card to see if it only took one payment ,which it did..

Don't fix things that aren't broken .         NEW SYSTEM SUCKS !!!        That is probably why you can't give feedback like on the old system
