Lately I have this happening. Not all the time, every now and then

Have to say I've never seen that before. I know you've been having a lot of networking issues it's possible that when you load the page it's not downloading the library's completely and therefore has some strange behavior. I would clear your cache and restart your browser

I have some gremlins on my PC lately so I may need additional clean up
