I've been shooting Pyrodex for years and I am running low so it's a good time to consider options. My main issue with Pyrodex is the fouling. They are very dirty. So I am mainly interested in one's that shoot "clean". Lots of different powders came out in the last 10 years or so. I know lots of people like BH209 but I will only use pellets. Thank you.

I like the convenience of pellets...I get great results with two pellets of TRIPLE 7 MAGNUM

Yes, I use only 100 gr also.  How much do they foul the barrel?

Not as bad as black powder,  but not as good as blackthorn

When at the range I clean it before leaving,  I uh se Thompson Center cleaning solvent it works great,

Not that I know of. Triple 7 is your best best if you're going to stay with pellets. They will leave a crud ring.

Never experienced it, but then I clean my gun ASAP

I've had issues with it in my Savage before switching to White Hots and it solved the problem.

White Hots is another option. They are extremely sensitive to moisture though.

John, How did you like the White Hots?

I've always used Triple 7 pellets in my Omega. I always had great accuracy with no ignition problems. I do have to run a brush through the barrel after each shot because of the crud ring that's left at the bottom of the barrel. I picked up a Savage 10 ML-II last year and wanted to switch powders for that so I just ordered 5 lbs of Blackhorn 209 from Powder Valley to shoot out of both guns. Loose powder isn't as easy as pellets but if I don't have to swab the barrel after each shot that will more than make up for it.
