Bushnell just informed me that after 2 years, their $800 Fusion rangefinder binoculars are unrepairable even if I wanted to pay for them. Never again...

Anyone know any independent repair shops?

They didn't offer to replace them with something suitable?

After two binocs and one rangefinder broke and they wanted me to send it in and wait 4 months for repair or replacement I will never buy bushnell again.

I loved Bushnell until I had 3 trail cameras all go bad just a one year and they would not make good on them.

I still love them.

had issues with 2 cameras  out of 45  ( and that was after years of use).

Some of those 45 are now pushing  their 13th season .

( most are the Trophy cam series, A few are the aggressors which I don't like as much)

One thing I have found is I only use sandisk sd cards in them.

ALWAYS totally clear the card of all files, as some viewers add a file that can make them not function correctly.

don't share those cards in any other brand of camera.

Take thousands of pictures every week and have great battery life.

agree to the trail cams - best value and quality for the price... But his issue is Rangefinder.

It's an $800 Rangefinder binocular combo. She said after 2 years the warranty is up they dont service them anymore regardless of the model number. Mine is older I do not have the original receipt but she says they don't even keep parts for them. It's nonsense. All I wanted to do was pay for repairs. She started they did not keep parts in stock??

I have several Bushnell scopes. All Elites.. I’d put them up against my Swarovski or Zeiss and day of the week..

The only way Bushnell would not repair or replace a product if they find they were abused..

sorry to hear
