GFCI outlet question

That’s a single device. Called a duplex receptacle. Black to gold. White to silver. Green to green. All on the line side. Done. 

The load side for example is to save costs. instead of having 4 actual GFCI receptacles you have one which is fed on the line side. The load side would run to each receptacle downstream after that. So if any of the outlets see a fault the GFCI would trip rendering all outlets on the circuit powerless.
